Deliveries are made by Colissimo, in France, overseas and internationally. Each package is delivered to your home by hand against a signature. The current prices are calculated according to the weight of the package and the destination. A tracking number will be sent to you in order to allow you to follow the delivery of the order in progress.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase intact and unused within 14 days (whichever is the date specified by the carrier) Customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning an item not damaged. Return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must make sure that fragile products arrive intact; any merchandise that has arrived damaged, chipped or broken cannot be reimbursed. What if my package arrives broken or damaged?
All our products are fragile, we pack them as carefully as possible, but sometimes the handling of the carrier is too brutal and the products break. We invite you to take a photo of the damage as soon as you open your package and send it to us by contacting us as soon as possible. (atelierdulievre@hotmail.com).

Les livraisons sont assurées par Colissimo, en France. Outre-Mer et à l'international. Chaque colis est remis à domicile en main propre contre signature. Les tarifs sont calculés en fonction du poids du colis et de sa destination. Un numéro de suivi vous sera communiqué afin de vous permettre de suivre la livraison de la commande en cours.
