If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase intact and unused within 14 days (whichever is the date specified by the carrier) Customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning an item not damaged. Return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. You must make sure that fragile products arrive intact; any merchandise that has arrived damaged, chipped or broken cannot be reimbursed. What if my package arrives broken or damaged?
All our products are fragile, we pack them as carefully as possible, but sometimes the handling of the carrier is too brutal and the products break.
